The NFL draft is something that almost all football fans look forward to. Most of the time is spent waiting to see who drafted next and listening to people make predictions on who they think the next few picks will be.
I do not see why people find this to be so interesting, however, I am not writing to inform my readers about how boring I think the draft is. I am writing to congratulate the three Michigan football players who were drafted to the NFL!
Devin Funchess
I may not agree with his decision to declare for the draft after his junior year, however, things look very bright for him in the future.
Devin was the ninth pick in the second round of the draft (41st overall) selected by the Carolina Panthers. The Panthers did not have a big need for a receiver, but it is hard to pass up a guy with the physical traits that Funchess has.
Frank Clark
Frank was the thirty-first pick of the second round of the draft (63 overall) selected by the Seattle Seahawks. Not a lot of people thought that Clark would be drafted that early, but the Seahawks' staff must see something special. What it is, I do not know
